    Background

Eagle Electric started as an electrical contractor and has recently expanded their capabilities to include prime contracting, building operation and maintenance. Eagle Electric has a 15+ years history in new construction, renovation, maintenance, service, and repair. Eagle Eye Electric was opened in 2001, and operates as a sister company in the Las Vegas and surrounding areas.

Our goal is to provide quality workmanship at competitive prices, giving our customers confidence in the completed project, as well as, in the performance and safety of the electrical and related systems we install and service, resulting in complete customer satisfaction.

Service

Our service team can tailor a preventative maintenance plan to suit specific needs and concerns. Ensuring proper operation of equipment can help extend equipment life, resulting in fewer equipment breakdowns, reducing emergency service calls and increasing operating efficiency. 

On larger projects, we employ program managers to help assure that the projects are organized with a single point of contact for our customers and our project personnel.

Eagle Electric, LLC Key Personnel

Tim M. Towarak, President, has over 30 years of management experience. He reviews prospective business opportunities for the company. Mr. Towarak currently serves as the President and C.E.O. of Bering Straits Native Corporation and has served as City Administrator for the City of Unalakleet, Alaska, Special Staff Assistant to Governor Tony Knowles as the coordinator between the Governor and Commissioners of DCRA, DOE, DCED, DOT, DMVA. He has been directly involved with developing and managing many Native Corporation enterprises. Mr. Towarak holds a BBA. In finance.

Todd A. Houston, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, has 23 years in the electrical industry with 15 years as Operations Officer. His experience includes Operations management and all phases of industrial, commercial and residential electrical work. He started Eagle Electric, Inc. in 1987. He oversees the internal operations of the company, with program and project managers reporting to him on field operations. Recommends business opportunities to the president of the company and reports progress to the Bering Straits Native Corporation (parent company) Board of Directors. Mr. Houston maintains a journeyman electrician certificate of fitness and electrical administrator license, as well as a current NICET (fire systems) certificate.

Terri Foechterle, Program Manager, Manages construction scheduling and financial reporting for large projects. Oversees materials management, contract management, administration for specific projects and acts as Mr. Houston’s assistant. She maintains rapport with Eagle’s customers and business partners is the single point of contact for customers, vendors and management personnel for specific projects. Mrs. Foechterle has been in the electrical industry for 13 years and has broad experience in the field including accounting, supply, purchasing, estimating, project management, and operations. She has served as office and operations manager for three small to medium-sized electrical contracting firms before joining Eagle Electric in January 2002.

Mike Greninger, Estimator, has over 20 years experience in the electrical field. He is responsible for reviewing project opportunities, developing and submitting estimates for commercial, industrial and government projects. Mr. Greninger develops and coordinates with consortium team members on an as needed basis. He oversees material acquisition, project change orders and material transportation to remote job sites. Mr. Greninger maintains a current journeyman electrician certificate of fitness an FCC license and has a background in electronics.
